Eastman T486 Goldburst

The Thinline series represents Eastman’s take on a genuinely classic semi-hollow design that all guitarists know and love — and the handsome T486-GB Thinline really makes a bold statement! With a semi-hollow body carved to that iconic double-cutaway shape, reinforced with a feedback-fighting center block, and topped in a vibrant maple veneer, this comfortable Thinline offers a low-profile feel and vivid organic voicing that perfectly sets the tone for its electronic outfit. The pickups at hand? An exceptional set of '59 and Jazz humbuckers by Seymour Duncan. Fully equipped for sonic contouring to your heart’s content with per-pickup Volume and Tone controls, the T486-GB Thinline comes crafted to curate a classic dual-coil sound to suit myriad musical directions. It plays like a dream, too, courtesy of Eastman’s Traditional Even “C” neck profile and 12-inch-radiused ebony fingerboard. Fully bound and appointed with rock-steady Gotoh and Pingwell hardware, the T486-GB Thinline stands to deliver marvelous musical, functional, and stylistic appeal to every stage it sees.
